I guess Art Nova is a total con operation. They took my payment and then money for shipping and then ceased all communication. Over months and months I tried. LiveAuctioneers could not have been less helpful!!! I'd say they didn't do due diligence in evaluating their stable of art houses and then took no responsibility for the situation I was left in. I asked for reimbursement and hit a brick wall. At least with other online auction companies there is a way to talk to someone directly and have some easy means of communication. Not here. The Pits!!!
