Auctioneer with lots of options and knowledge
I’m very happy with my experience with 5treasure. I like to ask questions before I make purchases and the auctioneer was very patient and answered any questions I had. They also offer so many different types of antiques I was so surprised. I’m very happy with my purchase I can’t wait for the next time.

Didn’t respond to questions
The date of this auction was changed repeatedly without explanation. I had made a bid and had to wait several months for the auction to take place. This made me suspicious and I wanted to withdraw my bid, but there was no mechanism to do so. Many other auction houses allow you to withdraw a bid, but again this was not possible with Find. And as they didn’t respond to several queries I had no confidence in them. To be fair, the auction happened, I won, payment was made and the item arrived quickly.
