Very honest company.
These nice folks refunded me $20 due to an error. They didn't have too, I would not have known, but I wrote a note and thanked them. Great folks to do business with. Wish there were more like them.

Great auction house
They do not overcharge for shipping, which is such a breath of fresh air with all the out of control shipping fees. Great customer service. Just some nice people to deal with

Good service and price.
Shipping was a bit less than they predicted and they passed the lower price on to me. Fast service, good price and product. My first time with them but I suspect they will become a go-to source for me to add to my collection.

Great Selection & Fast Delivery
The books were in very good or above condition, and well packed with recyclable/reusable materials. I selected LiveAuctioneers shipping as I was getting overwhelmed with responsibilities-Harry and Ann were kind enough to refund part of the payment as the shipping had been overvalued by LA. Book lovers and awesome customer service?!? You have made me a regular customer in one transaction!
