Great experience
Driving to Asheville from Cape Cod, MA presented a timing issue which was accommodated by the auction house. The items were well described and the pick up was flawless.

Sometimes stuff happens
There was no key when my piece arrived and my cabinet was locked shut. Brunk took care of it right away. They made sure they sent me many keys and Lo and Behold, the second one I tried out of many opened the lock. It fit perfectly so it all worked out. Yes there was a snag but such is the way of the world in 2020. Overall, I am delighted

Good Seller.
The items was well packed, there was a little bit of damage to the gesso but in fairness this was a HARD items to pack I think and not have damage to the gesso. As a packing tip next time use string suspension and packing peanuts that would have worked better than wrapping the arms individually. I am VERY pleased with the item. It was as described and of nice quality. The shipping coordination was easy and I would definitely bid with this seller again.
