They offer "in-house" shipping but in fact they've partnered with the owner of the local UPS, who only provides his first name only in all correspondence and pretends he's a Brunk employee, the "quote manager", when in fact he's a UPS franchisee. It's underhanded and willfully deceitful.

I purchased an acrylic table for $800. I picked a shipper. Brunk sent me an email that said, "Your item is on the move!". I called and asked what they meant and they said the shipper had picked it up. A few days later, I called the shipper and they said they did not have it. I tried, on and off, for several months to get it. Brunk said one time that they thought it was abandoned and they were going to resell it. I said no. They finally did reauction it and resold it.. Now I am trying to get some portion of my money back, minus what they want to charge me for storage. My main complaint is that they never sent me a two sentence email saying, "We are going to reauction your item. Contact us now." It would have avoided this situation. They do very little except list the items and collect money. I would not recommend them.

My only small complaint is I was told I would get a tracking number emailed to me when the item was shipped. I did not get that but was home when the item did arrive. Pleased with everything else.

I believe they don't take PayPal and I had to download a credit card form fill it out and send it back. A lot of hassle

They do not affirmatively contact Liveauctioneers winners for payment or pick up and do not use Liveauctioneers internal messaging system post-sale.

Very nice people there but my Picasso ceramic red color in photo is actually salmon in reality. The ceramic is great and the color difference, in this case, does not bother me. But in another scenario it could have posed a problem.

I did a wire transfer from my bank directly into Brunk's account. This would have showed up in their account on the same day (Tuesday). However, they did not contact me to confirm receipt, so I had to call them two days later (Thursday) to confirm. They couldn't process the shipment that day, and they were closed on Friday, so my painting could not ship until Monday. Overall, I expect an auction house to be more responsive and efficient in processing transactions. I would still bid and buy again with them, but I would be much more on top of them to get the post-sale process completed quickly.
