The whole experience from first seeing the listing to receiving my items was extremely smooth, professional, and friendly. Photos were accurate and not tweaked. The items were as described. It was very helpful to pay with a phone call and to have them handle shipping effectively. I won't hesitate to bid with them again, and hope to see more listings of interest.

First, Brunk's 28 % premium is close to absurd, but that is on me, I knew the outrageous premium before bidding. Next, they charge 5 times the shipping cost, dont think you will go to an outside source because the UPS stores around them are all in bed with them. I ship the exact same kind of articles several times a week. I put the box they sent in my UPS worldship calculator and it should have cost $34. They shipped in a used box so that was no charge to them on the box, they charged me $198, can you say "HIGHWAY ROBBERY" I expect to pay a wrapping fee but that's just ludicrous. On to the trash they sent. 1 of the wine glasses they sent was broken in half and re-glued back together with a pin in the middle, several others were trimmed down and repaired, Brunk did not call out any of that in the online description. I won 15 goblets in that lot, 8 went straight to the trash can, worthless to anyone. Brunk description says, Quote "some minute chips to edges, some minimal scratching to underside of bases" umm sent me a bunch of reworked broken repaired trash. Here's the worst part. I bid 3 days ahead of auction on 1 of the lots. At that time there was no bid. I was winning bidder. I participated in the live auction, still with the winning bid. The lot ended with my 1 and only bid, anyone can go into the history of this auction and it still says lot ended with my 1 and only bid. They did not honor the bid and gave my lot to one of the Brunk regulars that wanted it, I know the person they gave it to as I can see it now for sale on Ebay, just down right appalling that liveauctioneers lets this kind of thing go on. If I could give them negative stars I would. Never again will I use Brunk and I suggest you think very carefully if you are considering bidding online with them.
