No repairs, glue, or reassembly were confirmed, and the assertions stated in the review reflect the buyer’s personal interpretation rather than verified facts. Our communication with the buyer was professional and factual, and shipping was completed promptly and without issue, which the buyer also acknowledges. After delivery, the buyer requested a return contrary to our clearly stated auction terms that all sales are final. When this request was declined, the buyer indicated that a monetary concession or free shipping would have made them “less agitated.” We regret that we could not meet those demands outside of our published policies, but we stand by the accuracy of our listings and the integrity of our auction process.
