Good from start to finish.

I received the vase perfectly packed and shipped expeditiously. It is quite lovely.

These are not originals. The description was wrong and a smaller vase was sent to me. Seller did settle with a smaller cost in the way of a refund BUT it is not what I wanted. Easier to settle up than return.

This transaction, by far, was the easiest I've experienced on LiveAuctioneers. The vase was beautiful but did not meet my expectations so it was returned, totally hassle-free. Radek was very responsive and professional. May I say this was the fastest transaction I've had and it was international! All in all, do not hesitate to deal with Art Glass Store. The only comment I have and the reason for four stars for accuracy is that more pictures of your items, including all angles, would be beneficial for your prospective buyers.
