My artwork was delivered 2/3 days after submitting payment. I never experienced such prompt service before! My compliments. I must also add that the packaging of the artwork was amazing. Absolutely no chance of it getting damaged in transit.

actually delivery: Auctioneer claims the package has lost in process of shipping and I'm waiting now whether it gets found or not (refund is the last option for me in this case). I don't believe it's his mistake-probably it's delivery service's problem-and communication with him is perfect, but still-it's part of my experience here.

My experencia this company has been anything but good. The document came folded into 4 parts. Quite intolerable for a document of more than 400 years. Ask if he brought any certificate of authenticity and they send me a signed by someone from the auction house she says it's authentic role. What does not give any kind of confidence. I will not buy back in this site
