Bid at your own risk with Fortune Auction Gallery. Their online item descriptions are incorrect, misleading and completely false in many instances. I have won items in multiple auctions and I have been utterly disappointed time and again. Representing a print as an original painting is dishonest and bad business. I highly recommend you bid at your own peril.

It’s weeks later and emails later with recommended shippers and I still do not have my items. I’m frustrated and I will never do business this way again with an online auction house.

Beautiful items, easy process.

Unfortunately a complete waste of money. I ended up throwing both items away the second I brought them home. One of the frames literally fell apart as I was carrying it to my car, the other was about to. Also bugs crawling around the prints under the glass. Prints were both extremely yellow and gross. It was my fault for not asking more questions about the quality of the items, but I did not expect a gallery to think it is ok to sell items in such poor condition. However, they were very responsive and easy to deal with. Again, my fault for not asking more questions, just annoyed I wasted a good amount of money.

Well I got my bid, I didn't understand how to pay it or it wasn't clear also how to contact them. And pay the bill. I think that's liveauctioneers 'could have been a little more helpful as well.
