Mediocre.
Item was as described. After winning bid, took a week to get shipping quote. After shipping paid, took another 10 days to ship out, with no response to query about tracking. Poor communication and slow processing.

Love my penguin!
I was fortunate to go to Antarctica over Thanksgiving. It was an amazing trip, but (shocker) there are NO stores in Antarctica to buy a treasured souvenir. This little guy was JUST the ticket. I am so glad I won, and I am so glad that this lovely glass piece (from Venice) arrived in PERFECT shape. I think the box could have been dropped from 10 feet, and the penguin would have survived. (Now I can pretend that I brought it back from my trip. Shhhhhhh don't tell!)

Bid at your own risk with Fortune Auction Gallery. Their online item descriptions are incorrect, misleading and completely false in many instances. I have won items in multiple auctions and I have been utterly disappointed time and again. Representing a print as an original painting is dishonest and bad business. I highly recommend you bid at your own peril.

Does not ship. Shippers they recommend are not reliable.
It’s weeks later and emails later with recommended shippers and I still do not have my items. I’m frustrated and I will never do business this way again with an online auction house.

Frames fell apart
Unfortunately a complete waste of money. I ended up throwing both items away the second I brought them home. One of the frames literally fell apart as I was carrying it to my car, the other was about to. Also bugs crawling around the prints under the glass. Prints were both extremely yellow and gross. It was my fault for not asking more questions about the quality of the items, but I did not expect a gallery to think it is ok to sell items in such poor condition. However, they were very responsive and easy to deal with. Again, my fault for not asking more questions, just annoyed I wasted a good amount of money.

Dear bidder, 1) according to our terms and conditions, all items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, 2) we have asked you to return the item to us if the item is not to your liking only because you were one of our long-time customers, even though we don't usually offer returns. We did not hear back from you regarding the return since. In between these conversations, you kept asking for a partial refund, but we have told you we do not offer partial refunds because this is NOT eBay. We have tried to our best to work things out with you but doesn't seem like there's a way to get through to you which is quite unfortunate.
