Helpful and prompt to answer questions
I was a little confused as I thought, while watching the auction live with audio, that I had lost the bidding on this item so when I was notified that I had won I contacted them to make sure. They were easy to get ahold of and friendly and assured me that I had won which was good news. (There was an audio lag with the streaming that confused me.) They were helpful with finding a local shipper. Thank you!

AOK
Process went well as it should. It would be great if seller would ship items sold instead of sending buyers to a 3rd party.
