snow and covid
It was a struggle for Activity Auctions because of blizzards in New York and freezing temps in Texas. Their struggle was exacerbated by Covid. They were pleasant, professional and courteous and offered a full refund due to the delivery issues. I like their professionalism and would use them again.

Activity Auction is SIMPLY THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!!!!!
Dealt with a lot of Auction houses who misrepresent some of there products Saying Authentic and after I purchased them and had them Authenticated by James Spence Authentication and being rejected as NOT AUTHENTIC, had to fight with Auction Houses about there claims to Authenticity and fight to get a refund, all at MY EXPENSE!!!! What a bunch of B. S. NOT SO WITH ACTIVITY!!!!! THERE THE BEST!!!! AND JOEY IS THE BEST!!!! Would Only Buy Here. There the REAL DEAL!!!!!!!!! Thanks Joey, your the BEST!!!!

Great customer service
I won a couple of items for our Fantasy Football Awards presentations. I had a very short window for delivery after the auction was finalized. Activity Auctions met my deadline with a day to spare. Excellent service!

Fees
$37 shipping and and $7 + processing fee? On top of the buyers premium. Shipping way too high and what the hell is a processing fee? Not cool.

Hi Andy, you forgot to mention you had multiple items shipped out, all 100 % insured. We use UPS Express for all shipping as we have had bad experiences in the past with the post office. You were more than welcome to organize your own shipping or pick up the items. Regarding the processing fee-We don't handle payments but if you would like to pay us directly next time you can avoid this fee. Thank you and we hope to see you back again soon! Activity Team

Top notch company
I am very happy with my experience with this auction house. It’s refreshing to see a house on this platform that sells all items with proper certification. I’ve previously had issues with other houses that did not have real authentication but this auction house lists the exact certificate the item will come with which is very important to me as a collector. I received my item extremely quickly also! Thank you and I look forward to more of your auctions
