My print’s frame and glass arrived timely, but damaged despite what I considered to be appropriate attempts to pack and label the package as “Fragile” and “Glass enclosed”. The print itself was found to be okay when the cleanup was finished. I contacted Kensington with my concerns and a request that my shipping charges be refunded. Steve got back to me quickly and asked that I provide photos and documentation and refunded my shipping in full. This was my first experience winning an auction both with Kensington and bidding through Live Auctioneers, and I wish there were more than 5 stars for rating. I was able to communicate with Kensington about shipping costs and best options first via email, then on a call. The attention I got was caring and personal, including the sharing of personal stories about the pleasures of the auction experience.
