Seems to be one of the better auction houses that I have dealt with on the internet.

I just wish I could have paid right after the auction and not have had to wait for a confirmation email 3 days later. Also, shipping information was actually done at payment, but I got an email saying I had to contact them again. It just got confusing after I'd won the bid.

Wonderful Auction-I will point out that on the Live Auctioneer Website their NEW designed website ran much slower and my bidding based on the time from clicking the mouse to bid and the response/refresh confirmation seemed slow. I changed back to their Classic Website and that seemed to work, respond, and refresh faster. All good...! Thank you!

I have had excellent customer service with Last Chance! Although I had never bid in an online auction, the staff helped me in every step. I was able to purchase pasted lots... and they are continuing to assist me in one item that is not exactly what was described. Not sure of the outcome, but I am pleased with the level of service I am receiving in helping to resolve the issue. Last Chance is my "go to" auction house...

Shipping took a long time. The auction ended on 6.21.16 but I did not receive my posted until 7.23.16.

My item was shipped to Australia and not Austria and so far I did not get any reply what is going on and who is responsible and if there is any chance to finally get it.

It took over 24 hours for the auction house to respond to an important question.

The lots appear to not really be leftovers from prior auctions but some arrangement with a dealer. I was charged substantial shipping on each of 4 items and yet they were all shipped in box together from the same source. With no discount because of combined shipping. I would not bet on this auction again and would not recommend it to anyone else. It definitely feels like some sort of scam.

I purchased two items. I was notified that I had won both items. But, after the auction was complete, I was notified that one item was unavailable from the seller. I do not believe the error was on the part of Live Auctioneers. I believe that the seller was not happy no one else bid on the item and refused to sell. I am totally happy with the auction house selling the other item.

The pictures of the item were ok. Paint looked darker than the photo but that was fine with me. Maybe take photos with less light. thanks
