I purchases RANDALL. 45 magazines that are no longer made and collectors items in the condition presented. Pictures did not show prior owners NAME scratched on every magazine and on each side. That made the magazines only good for scrap and devalued.

Received beautiful KPM plates for daughter-in-law's birthday. They wi be an excellent heirloom item

When I first read all the details required for bidding, I was a bit nervous it may be complicated. But gotta tell you, I love the honestly. It was not complex, sent check, they verified that it was received. Contacted me on shipping and items were packed extremely well (glass mugs), and processed exactly as stated. Id rather know the true length of time to expect than constantly wondering. Thanks

After buying antique General Store cabinetry for more than 40 years I’ve never had worse service and poorer quality of purchased items First issue was payment in check, money order or wire transfer should have been first tip.. no credit card accepted, of which purchase payment can be stopped Secondly it took more than a month and a half to receive my purchased item Third, photos were No Where near actual condition of item Photo shop should never have been created A Caution to those dealing with Iroquois Auction A major caution to all! ll Very very disappointed

Iroquois Auctions has very responsive customer service with very reasonable shipping cost and time.

This auction takes awhile to get your stuff but I got everything in perfect condition. I even used to the packing materials to ship things!

I EMAILED TO SEE IF MY PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED, AND NEVER GOT A REPLY. THEY DO NOT SHIP BUT THIER OUTSIDE SHIPPER CHARGED $87.31 TO SHIP A 12 "DIAMETER THERMOMETER BY STANDARD UPS.

First time dealing with the auction house and it was a great experience. Everyone was super helpful. My items were all very fragile and everything was brought to me in excellent condition. Had a great conversation with the auctioneer even though he was very busy he spent time chatting. Definitely looking forward to the next sale

I cant say enough good things about Iroquois Auctions, I went personally to pick up my item. I can only say 10 stars from friendly to personnell! These are guys the real mecoy!

I paid for items and shipping about $300 or more got nothing.

Had issue with rugs, good communication. Do not use Ronald Novak to ship your items. Over charged and bad boxing costs twice what it should have cost.

I ordered a few items from this site, and am very pleased. Customer service was awesome. I picked these items up, and everyone was very accommodating. I will be bidding again!

The two sconces arrived bent. It did not appear to be bent during shipping. The pictures provided did not match the items received. The second sconce was to included in the pictures. Lesson learned. You got me. It won’t happen to me again with Iroquois Auctions.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I decided to do a pick-up, they helped find the pieces quickly and even assisted with moving them over to my vehicle. The auction looked to be run very smoothly and the staff were exceedingly friendly. I will definitely be attending more.

Working with this auction house was fantastic! They are great communicators and use a fantastic shipping company as well. I could tell that the auction house and shipping company had a lot of respect and an admirable partnership with one another. I gave 4 stars for the payment option, as it was a bit of a pain to get a money order processed to send to them, but that was understood upfront. I just like having the option of having my card on my profile to be used automatically, as it is with some of the other auction houses. But my verbal communications with these people can't be topped. They were wonderful!

Item just as pictured, good experience. Shipping was slow, but they stated that in advance in the terms and conditions, so that was as expected. Packaging was excellent, shipping costs reasonable.

I purchased a rifle from auction, though the item matches and was described accurately, it did not ship for over a month after they cashed my check. When it arrived, my FFL called me and was very concerned along with the delivery driver. Rifle was put into a used and very thin box for an LED light. Not a box meant to be shipped. They wanted me to open it first in case of likely damage. The rifle was loosely bubble wrapped inside but I did not see any damage. This was from an FFL shipper, but very unprofessional for the very high $55 fee. Shipping “to be determined after auction”. Very unsatisfied. I would not purchase from this auction house if I were you.

Absolutely horrible experience. These people are the worst of the worst. They operate like it's still 1970. No credit cards? Check by mail only. So it is what it is, I mailed a check on Jan 2. They cashed it and it cleared my bank on Jan 10. On live auctioneers it still showed as pending payment and I had heard nothing from them. Finally some guy called me and asked me when I planned to pay them. I explained that I did and he said he would get back to me that day but never called back. So I emailed Jerry and got a rude reply that they have up to 60 days to ship anything and if I had further questions to call a number he provided. I called the number and got some woman who said my check bounced for the clock I purchased.. Problem is I purchased 2 guns, NOT a clock and I was looking at my cancelled check while I was talking to her. Then I called someone else and was informed "sorry we had someone helping out in the office one day" they deposited a large number of checks from bidders at the bank and never bothered to record who the checks were from or what lot they were paying for. Keven was the only one who was helpful in any way and well over a month later I finally received my items. If I ever even consider dealing with these clowns again please feel free to punch me in the face... Now from reading their past responses to reviews I expect to get a rude response fro "Jerry" since that's his normal way of dealing with his customers. My advice to folks thinking of bidding on their auctions? Don't put yourself through that nonsense.

Great to deal with

I was happy with my purchase but somewhat dissatisfied with the processing of the item. The called the Auctioneer asking if I could pay for the item by credit card. I was informed that there was a 4 % surcharge for using a credit card. I found it strange, as I was never charged extra for using a credit card for previous purchases on this website. I agreed, and did not receive the invoice until I notified the shipper by voice message. I received the invoice after more than a week passed since the end of the auction. I did receive the item, however 3 weeks after it was mailed through the postal service.

I purchased a Bausch & Lomb gem-scope. I feel the description was lacking material facts which would influence a buyer's decision to get involved. The scope has optical issues, the upper lights do not work, surface rust, and generally overall filthy. Doubtful I can do anything with it unfortunately, it is inoperable. It's difficult to buy online without seeing items in person and making your own judgments. Buyers beware.

this is how an auction house should be. I had issues getting there due to weather, no worries, they sat and waited hours for me. Helped me in every way possible. I will be back for sure.

Won item on 10-10-21. Sent payment 1st class mail 10-12-21. Finally received item on 11-24-21. Email from FFL showed on invoice overdue, what a joke. Be my last time buying anything at any auction in New York state. This is my second cluster from there. I'm gone. Ronnie.

Shipping was toooo high if I knew what shipping was I would not have bid

It would be great if other Live Auctions would work out as smooth and problem free as this one was. I will be bidding his next gun auction for sure.
