I have a great deal of confidence and respect for the way they do business.

They charged me $20 to pack one coin in a plastic bag and put it in a 9x6 envelope. It probably cost them 50 cents for packing materials. They never sent me a tracking number, so I couldn't track it. Needless to say, I won't be buying from them again.

Over charges on shipping to cover his employees pay. That's what the buyers premium is for. Needs to find a much better shipping process. My last auction.

Great staff and auction items

I was hesitant to write a review, hoping there would have been a solution to the outrageous quote I was given for shipping... I bought 4 small cast iron banks in 1 lot in April..... It took quite awhile for the shipper to actually contact me after attempts I made to them.... I was then sent an invoice to pay almost 130 dollars to ship a lot which should have max been approx 50 to 60 to ship { I know this from the numerous auctions I have bought from over many, many years }.... Anyhow, I questioned the quote and the shipper gave me the excuse that because I lived on the west coast, my cost was related to that... Amazing that other auction houses that I have bought from with similar items, etc. have never reached a quote that was so absord.... I explained to the auction house owner what had occured and he arranged to have shipping reexamine the quote.... They took approximately 8 dollars off the original 130 dollar quote, which brought it down to a little over 122 dollars, if I remember correctly, which was still an insane shipping quote at 8 dollars off... Anyhow, I asked if the auction house could just resell my lot since I already paid for it and send me any profit from it to help off set the cost I originally paid.... I never heard back anything from the auction again..... I was fortunate to only buy 1 lot from this auction house and thus my loss was minimal.... but lesson learned that when auction houses only uses 1 shipper, and that shipper can charge whatever they want because they realize there is noone else around to ship.... there is a pick up fee which is also added in and the supply cost of the materials seems really high, making the quote nuts.... The owner of the auction house did try, but in the end, if there is no competition for shipping.... shipping quotes will be what I, and it looks like others have experienced... quotes that make no financial sense except to the shipping company themselves when they gouge prices and make a very big profit for themselves

I am now actively looking to make certain the items are as described and shipped by the auction house.

I called to request the steam engines be packed carefully and, as it turns out found out they would be driving to the NYC area for other reasons. I paid a fair shipping cost and it was delivered in person, a bit early, but thankfully my wife took the day off from work to receive it. I would happily buy from Iroquois Auctions again and also recommend them.

They say in house shipping but that is a bunch of BS. What they do is get the local UPS store to come get your items and then ship for the usual UPS astronomical price. I overpaid for these two lots already and now with the extra 120 dollars for shipping, I will be lucky to break even. Iroquois is going down as a "never buy from again" auction house. sad.

Their page on live auctioneer stated In House Shipping. What IT ment was, they called UPS store to pick up for a $15 charge. Shipping for four small empty American Flyet trains set boxes from Indiana to Minnesota was $121.00. So my items rhat had a hammer price of $60 had a total delivered price over $200.00. A unsustainable business model IMHO.

This is a hidden jewel of an auction house. Nice items, questions answered quickly and politely, smooth bidding through LiveAuctioneers. What really impressed me, however, was that delivery was directly to my front door by the auction house's driver. And I'm two states away. No USPS, no UPS. The Iroquois driver brought it right to me, and I checked out the items right then before he left. Cost a few bucks more, but that's great service. It was my first auction with Iroquois; it won't be my last.

I purchases RANDALL. 45 magazines that are no longer made and collectors items in the condition presented. Pictures did not show prior owners NAME scratched on every magazine and on each side. That made the magazines only good for scrap and devalued.

Received beautiful KPM plates for daughter-in-law's birthday. They wi be an excellent heirloom item

When I first read all the details required for bidding, I was a bit nervous it may be complicated. But gotta tell you, I love the honestly. It was not complex, sent check, they verified that it was received. Contacted me on shipping and items were packed extremely well (glass mugs), and processed exactly as stated. Id rather know the true length of time to expect than constantly wondering. Thanks

After buying antique General Store cabinetry for more than 40 years I’ve never had worse service and poorer quality of purchased items First issue was payment in check, money order or wire transfer should have been first tip.. no credit card accepted, of which purchase payment can be stopped Secondly it took more than a month and a half to receive my purchased item Third, photos were No Where near actual condition of item Photo shop should never have been created A Caution to those dealing with Iroquois Auction A major caution to all! ll Very very disappointed

Iroquois Auctions has very responsive customer service with very reasonable shipping cost and time.

This auction takes awhile to get your stuff but I got everything in perfect condition. I even used to the packing materials to ship things!

I EMAILED TO SEE IF MY PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED, AND NEVER GOT A REPLY. THEY DO NOT SHIP BUT THIER OUTSIDE SHIPPER CHARGED $87.31 TO SHIP A 12 "DIAMETER THERMOMETER BY STANDARD UPS.

First time dealing with the auction house and it was a great experience. Everyone was super helpful. My items were all very fragile and everything was brought to me in excellent condition. Had a great conversation with the auctioneer even though he was very busy he spent time chatting. Definitely looking forward to the next sale

Overall had a good experience with Iroquois Auctions. Only major problem was trying to type their name correctly.

I paid for items and shipping about $300 or more got nothing.

Had issue with rugs, good communication. Do not use Ronald Novak to ship your items. Over charged and bad boxing costs twice what it should have cost.
