Falsely Advertised Van Cleef and Arpels earrings

The earrings were advertised in auction as Van Cleef & Arpels (VCA) but upon receiving them, there is no VCA stamping on the earring. Additionally, eBay found them to be unauthentic. PrinceGems is claiming the earrings were appraised at a certain value, but the Appraiser was given information that they were VCA brand and therefore, the appraisal was also done with the pretense they were authentic VCA brand earrings. I am questioning the true value of these earrings and they were obviously advertised falsely. I have been messaging PrinceGems but they are extremely slow to respond (week or more response time). Additionally, PrinceGems refused to provide me with a refund. They only offered store credit for the value minus the auction fees/commission. I do not feel this is an ethical and responsible seller.

Counterfeit

The "Tiffany Heart Key Pendant Necklace 18k Gold" was deemed to be counterfeit by two independent, respected appraisers. Prince Gems advertised all major credit cards as acceptable payment methods but after winning this item, they emailed me that only bank transfers were accepted. This eliminates any buyer protection offered me by major credit cards. When asked if they were going to refund my money, I received no response. AVOID.

Great customer service!

There was a snafu with the shipping address which I think was actually from paypal. The staff here went above and beyond to help get the item to me. And the item-I love it! A lovely rose gold bracelet. I am so happy with it! Thank you to Prince Gems foe everything!

I feel I was deceived diamond ring won not worth what I paid

I feel their advertising is deceptive and that they state the ring is worth between five and $8000 the minimum bid was 2400 I had it appraised and retail replacement was stated 2485 I never would’ve bid 2400 in auction with the retail replacement of 2485 it has cost me more than that between the hammer fee, shipping, and I had to get an independent appraisal because of covid19.
