sent wrrong item... made mr pay the return and kept my decoy. worst auctioneer in history. avoid if you prefer not getting the shaft

Simlple and easy to bid, well packaged items with very reasonable shipping rates. A + + +

I ask them if they could ship my item. They said yes. But after two weeks they said that item was too big for them to ship.

Shipping was a little costly but very speedy and arrived in excellent condition.

Items need to be described in more detail. The decoy I purchased was described as hand carved wood, when, indeed, it was a composite of sawdust and epoxy from a mold. Very disappointing!

I live in northern Canada and I was out of town without access to a computer when it came time for the shipping. I left them a telephone message and they contacted me to confirm my preferred method of shipping (USPS) and my payment (VISA). The item arrived in very good time and was well packaged. Taking everything into consideration, they were great to deal with!

These are amazing in detail and color. Just perfect.

Two of the items arrived damaged. The packaging was horrible, not enough packing materials around the 2 items. The other 3 were in separate boxes so they were fine. We are working with the shipper, who is blaming it on usps. He is supposedly filing a claim with them. I also contacted the auction site who is not doing anything at all. Completely disappointed with them!

One of the birds had a broken mount that was hidden/not disclosed in pictures or descriptions. i understand “as is” but this was an easy disclosure to those online. Shipping was a 1/3 higher than comparables. I priced it and added box/packing supplies and still high. Understand that is price I pay to have it shipped to me. Buyers premium on a broken mount item has me discouraged. Thanks
