The auction house was great. Their recommended shipper that I initially chose, not so much. They agreed to pick up the item and never did, and didn't communicate at all, and I didn't find out it hadn't been collected until the auction house wrote to find out when I was picking up my item. So, I had a mad scramble to get another shipper who did a great job for us. The auction house communicated well and there were no unexpected surprises with the item, like we've often had with other auction houses. Overall, a great experience.

Another great buying experience with this Auction Company. The auction listing of a very nice Cameo Glass Vase was accurate and included excellent pictures. Paying was extremely easy and the in-house shipping was wonderful, very reasonably priced and exceedingly fast. I won the vase on a Sunday and the vase arrived the next Saturday. The Cameo Glass Vase was packed extremely well and was awesome quality. Wonderful buying experience and looking forward to future auctions.
