First class international service-quick and dependable. Product arrived well packaged and was as ordered. I recommend doing business with Albion.

Invoice was paid for won item immediately on receipt. Two months later item has never been received and seller has not responded to multiple communications since the invoice was paid.

The prints were sent to an incomplete address and will be returned by mail to Albion. Since I won two more in a liveauctioneers auction today, from the same book, I hope Albion will include them in the same package as the returned ones and resend them to the full address.

I've purchased hundreds of prints from Albion and never disappointed

In all my years of buying, only ONCE has this happened. My item cost USD5. On the exterior label for customs they quoted the value was USD159, 82 consequently I had to pay duty of $30, making it an extremely expensive $5 purchase. Hopefully they won't do this again.

Smooth transaction

These prints were shipped around the world in a made up taped together cardboard folder of sorts. They arrived wet as the carboard like wrapping absorbed rain like a sponge. I have asked for help on this multiple times and received no response from the auction house and a little response form live auctioneers.
