Excellent Auction House & Service
Great personal service from start to finish. Reasonable rates and quick and easy delivery process. Nick has been really helpful in organising the whole process keeping me informed on progress-a slight hiccup was immediately rectified and dealt with in person to everyone satisfaction. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Please provide customers with shipping/tracking information
I finally received my items, no thanks to Albion Auctions. I received two shipments from them, never getting any shipping/tracking information (despite multiple emails asking for it). Had I received a tracking number when my items first shipped, I would have known that one of the packages was stuck in a different state for weeks. Once I finally said I'd be contacting my bank to dispute charges, I finally heard back with a tracking number and a message about how it was up to me to contact the post office and figure out why my package seemed to be held up. So they DO have tracking information and choose not to share it with customers. While the items are great quality and described accurately, I wouldn't feel safe buying from them again. Clients shouldn't have to beg and threaten disputing charges to receive basic information about their orders.

Great Items, Shipping is a Toss-Up
This particular item arrived safely and was just as described, I'm still waiting on items from a previous auction. I've reached out but have never heard back from the company, they don't provide any shipping notifications or updates, so I don't have much choice other than to wait and see if my other order arrives. Their invoices arrive quickly, so it's a disappointment that they seem to drop the ball once they've received payment. Although the items I've gotten so far are very nice, I won't be purchasing from them again.

Very Interesting Array of Prints.
I'm extremely happy with the historical prints I won in Albion Auctions sale. The auction house were extremely helpful answering my questions. The delivery charge was very reasonable, considering the items were coming to Australia. I highly recommend Albion Auctions for both their customer service and their reasonably priced delivery cost. It was a pleasure to do business with Albion Auctions.

Never sent item or responded
Invoice was paid for won item immediately on receipt. Two months later item has never been received and seller has not responded to multiple communications since the invoice was paid.

Prints sent to an incomplete address
The prints were sent to an incomplete address and will be returned by mail to Albion. Since I won two more in a liveauctioneers auction today, from the same book, I hope Albion will include them in the same package as the returned ones and resend them to the full address.

Just a note:
In all my years of buying, only ONCE has this happened. My item cost USD5. On the exterior label for customs they quoted the value was USD159, 82 consequently I had to pay duty of $30, making it an extremely expensive $5 purchase. Hopefully they won't do this again.
