Gorgeous
Cain was very informative and quickly responsive to my queries. The item is beautiful. I had been watching it through a few auction cycles and finally won it. It is solid and better, larger than in the auction catalog. I highly recommend.

DON'T BOTHER!!!
One item was a complete train wreck (the magic 21 crystal light) and the other item was never even received. Was told it was lost and a refund would be processed. Thoroughly disgusted with the entire ordeal and will NEVER bid or deal with this auction site again.

Hi Scott, Thank you for your review and I am sorry you are dissapointed. If the reason you say we are difficult because we charged you sales tax, we are okay with that, After we spoke on the phone and you mentioned you never pay sales tax I asked you to upload your sellers permit to Live Auctioneers so that your invoice would be updated and you didnt have to pay sales tax on future purchases, I followed with an email with step by step instructions on how to upload your permit, you said you would make sure to do that before the items were picked up, I never heard back from you, you didnt uploaded your permit, I then sent you more emails because it had been almost 30 days since you purchased your pieces and no arrangements had been made for pickup/shipping then all of the sudden someone calls on Friday the 27th in the afternoon wanting to pickup after 8pm that night, I told the person calling that there was a balance due and that I need it to have a release form authorizing me to release the pieces to him, he told me to sent you the paperwork needed so that you could send it right away, I sent you a credit card authorization form and a release form so that you could provide payment and information to release the items to the driver, needless to say I never heard from you, on Saturday morning I contacted the driver letting him know I didnt heard from you and that I had not made plans to meet him since I didn't heard from you, He told me he would contact you, I waited a couple of hours and didnt heard back, then someone else claiming to work for you called me and asked me to send him the paperwork, I told him I need it your approval to share your information, after another 30-40 minutes I received the paperwork, I never heard from you directly, I then drove with my kids to meet your driver who said he was waiting for me and it turned out he wasn't even there, we waited for 30 minutes before he arrived. Upload your seller permit if you dont want to pay sales tax!.

There was a misunderstanding and they were all over it
Shippers people were very gentle with the items when they were delivered, which was greatly appreciated.

Ask for a detailed review of items in advance
The pros with this house is fast shipping and somewhat decent prices. As for the rest, the item pictured did not match the description and the auction house admitted to that. However, when it came down to it, the item I received did not match the picture either; a pair of designer jeans with no front button, the only indication of the designer. The auction house claimed no responsibility. They used the inaccuracy of the item description as the reason why the item not reflecting the pictures was not their issue. I have dealt with many auctions and some sort of concession or responsibility would be taken in this scenario. However, they put everything back on me which makes me feel the inaccurate description was intentional. Guess we’ll never know! Be cautious.
