I would have rated Northgate a 5-only challenge I see is that for some reason they provide very limited photography for rugs making it difficult to see pile height/age etc. But they do an excellent job for furniture and objects. They have absolutely fantastic service and I will continue to buy from them!

The buffet I bought is 9-1/2 feet tall and Northgate offered 2 quotes from local shippers. Very helpful. The condition of the piece was outstanding. They had clearly waxed and polished the wood and cleaned the glass so it was ready for action when it arrived. Very polite, helpful, knowledgeable staff. No attitude; just down-to-earth.
