I participate in a lot of online auctions. This one was one of the easiest by far, in terms of item descriptions, photos, ease of payment, and quick shipping. I also emailed the company and received a prompt and informative response, unlike many auction houses who don't even bother to reply. I would shop with them again any time!

Love that the buyers premium is not too high and they have very affordable shipping by their auction house. So you bid on your item and pay with no problems because the shipping is included. Love that ❤ ️ plus their auction items are awesome 👍 🏼 👍 🏼 and very affordable ❤ ️

Everyone was friendly and Very helpful. They just happened to be having an in house auction when I was there, so there were around 20-30 people there. Although I was the only ink spot there, and there were lots of Eyeballs on me, I didn’t feel any negativity or have any problems or bad attitudes. I Highly recommend this place. The staff is Great and it was My Pleasure! I wish I lived closer, I would be there all of the time.

I had to have the curio cabinet delivered and Frank was very helpful in Frank was very helpful in helping me setup delivery. Brian picked up my curio cabinet and delivered it to me. Everything went very smooth.

Items were as described and in great shape. However, despite their auction policies saying they will use USPS Priority, for which this item would qualify, the shipping costs were double what the actual shipping costs should have been. Seems like a good auction house, but shipping was overpriced.

Bought quite a bit at this auction, the photos were very clear and the pickup was easy.

Slow shipping, rifles were not protected enough and came damaged, perp sight was broken off rifle. It would have been very easy to unscrew the sight and wrap separate, F for shipping

Very nice people to deal with. Will try to help with any questions or understanding you. They packed everything very nice.

Will buy some more from them it's a good business only problem is how long it takes to process your bids but I'm pretty sure they have a lot to do with how much they auction off very helpful workers

Post auction instructions were not clear that you needed to call to pay $5 handling fee then an addition handling fee at shipping. This very easily could be remedied by indicating that $5 handling fee will be added to invoice unless they are contacted otherwise. I waited 2 additional weeks to get train.
