What a great experience. It was so easy to have my items shipped to me after the auction. The pitchers arrived quickly and were carefully packed. I would definitely be comfortable buying from them again.

Daniel Buck and his Auction House employees acted in the highest traditions of the Antique Auction Houses. They were accurate in descriptions, fair timing on all item auctioned providing all to have an equal opportunity to bid, kept in contact with the buyer so there was no doubt they were all working to process winning bids through the steps to complete a smooth from auction, through shipping, and arrive safely to the buyer. All that topped off with excellent communications and a positive solution-oriented attitude.

Daniel and his crew were extremely helpful in expediting shipping. Remained calm and pleasant throughout. Kudos to them!!!

I am always alarmed when an auctioneer makes a unilateral decision about shipping lots without consulting the buyer. Fortunately, in this case, the shipping store did not charge me an exorbitant price.
