Overall I would do business with them again.
The description was not accurate. Stated Harrington Richardson, but photos showed Iver Johnson. I saw the error pior to bidding. Have not received the item due to no fault of Brand Used Works. Fault lies with the FFL that it was shipped to.

First time?
My only whine would be with the shipping issues that arose. I was told it was the first time they messed up an order by leaving the price of the items on the shipping recipe. Hence, the FLL location knew what I paid for each arm. Besides that, it was a pleasure, and I applaud Kim and the team!
