This auction house have two big service problems that can be become deal breakers. 1. They don't have their own auction channel, so customers have to use 3rd-party auction channels like LiveAuction. However, they charge 30 % fee, then customers have to pay the fee plus the extra 3rd-party channel fee, leading to 35 % fee for a purchase. In addition, their product price is relatively high, so in total, the final cost is pretty high. 2. The do have a couple of shippers but the service quality of the shippers can be a big problem. For instance, Packengers is one of the shippers I worked with, but their service quality is really a problem. Their pick up is slow, and they do not respond to customer critical request and hence leading to high import duty to pay on the destination side, which can be easily prevented before shipping, if they take customer's request to better prepare the shipping document. The only reason I purchased from this auction house if that they sometimes have some authentic Chinese antiques. This might be only positive thing about this auction house.

Carefull packing and fast shipment, plate exactly as described. Multiple high resolution pictures made it easy to assess the lot when handling was not possible. I am very satisfied.

There is hairlines and the seller didn't mention about it.

They sell the items not as they decribe, it is new-reproduction item.

Could you please provide the photos of porcelain's conditions or give information more obvious detail such having tiny hair line inner lip, no other chips, no cracks.

One big mess, every time things go wrong, no reply on emails or after more than a week, sent wrong purchased items (buyer have to wait longer, to receive items), ask buyer to pay twice for there mistakes, after I refuse the auction house tell me to pay. After weeks I have sent them a reminder because they still didn't refund the transport costs and again excuses.... they were forgot to refund me. Regarding to the last auction, now 3 weeks after I buy 1 item I still didn't have received it. Every time excuse, but after they have made again mistakes no fast delivery to satisfied the costumer. No, after the have received the money they take 1 week more to sent the item.... ridicules!!!!!!!!!!
