You did not receive your item because you never paid for it’s shipping. You purchased this lot at the August 14 auction, but did not pay right away. We sent you 3 invoices through the system, and contacted personally via email on Aug 23, then Aug 25, trying to collect the $45/bid payment. We agreed to accept your late payment on 27th of August, week after the due day, just because we don't want to hurt your buying ability on Liveauctioneers platform by reporting you as a non-paying bidder. Then, even though our employees ’ time is not worth dealing with such a small bid amounts, we contacted the shipper on your behalf, who sent you a $16 shipping invoice # 73075 on Aug 30th, and then a reminder on Sept 8th. On Sep 10th the shipper canceled this $16 invoice due to non-payment. While we kept ourselves busy in order to provide you with a cheap and easy shipping option you never contacted us with any pick up or shipping instructions, but just left a 2 star rating. This is not the first unfair feedback we received, but every time we are still amazed how some customers can be so rude and shameless. Please don't be surprised that we won't be able to provide any further special assistance, but rather need to stick to our policy including the late payment fees and ability to report you as a problem customer.
