This is an auction house with my new partners. They are very friendly. Although Netherlands customs is slow in the transportation process, the entrusted transporter can actively cooperate with the inquiry of the whole operation process. Thank you very much.

Beware of shipping company you choose, do not use Brussels express logistics. The item arrived severely damaged even videotaped the opening of the box. They agreed that the delivery company must have mishandled it and that they would seek to recover the costs. However, even though I insured the item completely and have incurred a personal expense in having it reviewed by a restorer it is beyond the value paid for the item to fix it. Brussels express logistics did charge for insurance but has not covered any of the costs and I would like to return it to them but they no longer respond to my emails. I am now forced to engage (out of principal) a lawyer to recoup my costs. The lesson is simple, do not ship with Brussels Express Logistics.

I buyed and wined several lots but they say it was a confusion in liveauctioners and the bids dindt come even in the item is clear that i win the items, not recomended, waste of time
