I was able to pick up my item as I was going to be in the area. The people there were very friendly and nice. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend anyone doing the same if something catches their eye. Very nice shop as well!

The most honest, decent and upstanding auctioneers I have ever dealt with. There was an issue with an item I won and they resolved it in an outstanding way.

Unfortunately the auction house is not close to many shippers and they do not offer shipping. The shipper initially quoted $100 for shipping a $75 flat item. I was able to talk them down to $50, but even at that the actual postage cost was less than $15. I know they need to make a profit, but I am certainly not planning on buying anything at Hillbrook again, solely because of the shipper and shipping options

The shipping was absolutely horrific. This ridiculousness lost a online customer forever. They need to add disclaimer on site that says min shipping of 100 for small light item. Or estimate shipping + $50 for consumers knowledge

Everything was satisfying but the shipping cost are incredibly expensive for small items.

I don't like buying an item for $26.00 and paying $41.00 to ship lt. I won't be doing that again.
