No exceptions. State and Federal background checks will be performed at Valley Auctions, LLC office, $7 per background check, per person. Handguns may only be purchased by 21+ individuals with clear background check. If concealed weapon permit is possessed, you may purchase as many handguns in this auction you?d like. If handgun has been purchased within the last thirty days without concealed weapons permit, you must wait 30 days from that date to purchase another handgun. Storage fee may apply. Long guns may be purchased by individuals 18+. If out of state please provide two forms of official identification with the same address on each. Firearms will not be sold or shipped to California or outside the Continental United States. Firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state for transfer. Firearm pick up for local individuals, please call to schedule an appointment at 540-674--4771 All guns are sold as is and have not been fired or tested in any way.Black powder rifles and guns manufactured pre-1899, do not require a background check. Curio and Relic licensed will be accepted for firearms listed in the Curio and Relics list.
