Corrections are needed here, as per the terms of the sale the 3rd party shipper collects items for shipping 2 weeks post auction and then begins to collect payment for their packing and shipping services and sends out purchased items when the buyers have paid them for those services. You have been contacted by the shipper but have not paid the shipper for the shipping so it is possible that is the reason you have not received your items yet. Please pay the shipper and let us know if you do not receive your items within one week of making your payment and we will have them prioritize your shipment. Thank you for your purchase, we sincerely hope you will return to our upcoming auctions. Please note that in the terms of the sale and on your invoice we state that we do allow local pick up and offer to hold won items post auction free of charge for our buyers to arrange time to travel and come pick up items at our facilities or to arrange shipping through their shipper of choice. We use our current shipper a UPS store because there are only 2 pack and ship vendors servicing our are and the other service provider is more expensive and we found that they could not handle the volume of items we routinely need shipped post auction. Prospective bidders can also contact us for the shipper's number to get a quote on the shipping of lots you are interested in bidding on prior to placing your bids.

We did contact the shipper (UPS) after seeing your review, they explained that based on the large volume, the fragility, the high weight and the varied shape of your 15 lots won, they needed to palletize and ship your items freight. They said packing and shipping all in individual boxes would have been much more expensive and potentially lead to damage of the more delicate items during shipping. Again TEG Auctions does value you and all of our customers and want to keep packing and shipping costs as low as safely possible. Had you contacted us with concerns prior to the shipment we could have worked with you on alternate shipping methods such as uShip or other long haul less than a truck load shipments.
