Bracelet was very tarnished, but after I cleaned it with a specialty silver cleaning cloth it was lovely. Shipping process was woefully slow, especially since they charged $20 for one pound USPS Priority Mail package. Took nearly 2 weeks to get item. Not sure if I would bid again on one of their items. However, bracelet is very nice and I will enjoy wearing it.

There are auction houses … and there are OUTSTANDING AUCTION HOUSES … this is one of the greats ❤ ️ everything from start to finish has been a really wonderful experience. Got my cuff today and it’s even BETTER than expected, no hidden fees, no hidden flaws, just 110 percent delivered the goods. I’ll be back to shop for more awesomeness with the best auction house around! Thanks for making trade with you the standard by which all auction houses should be judged. I won a ring from R & H. Winning bid was $100. With auction fees, tax, and shipping I paid $150.54. A piece dropped out of the ring within the first hour of my wearing it. Once the stone was gone I could see the setting was uneven. R & H agreed to fix the ring-I paid to mail it to them. Once they received the ring they said they wouldn't able to find a piece for the one that fell out. They refunded $100. I'm not thrilled about paying $50.54 for nothing. If they couldn't find a stone to fix the ring, I would've been willing to try & find a stone. I paid for auctioneer fees, tax, and shipping, including return shipping to R & H.

Beware of the Navajo jewelry, note the weight of what you want to bid on as that may give you an idea of how solid the silver is. The cuff I just won is very lightweight and cheap looking, nothing like my other Navajo jewelry that I've collected over the years. I paid $270 for a cuff that is worth $50-$70 at the most. Disappointed to say the least.

All is very well with this auction house. Only draw back is IF (in my recent purchase) one only buys one item (a man's ring)-they charge a whopping $20 to ship it. Ouch! I read their disclosure so I knew. I thought about asking for a better rate but time for me is of the essence so I didn't contact them. That shipping policy is tough!
