Quality product, quality packing
Every person of Zikorn Arts & History Objects answered my questions quickly and satisfactory, prior to the live bidding They even sent recommendations. Paying went smoothly. After short wait, my parcel had already entered Europe. Today it arrived and I have to say I have never seen something as securely packed as this!! It took me quite while to unpack, but I'm very pleased that they took the time and care to ensure no damage would be sustained during the travelling process. It's even more beautiful than I imagined. I'm incredibly happy. Thank you so much for everything!

Superb!
One of the most pleasant and enjoyable experiences with a dealer I have ever had. Bought an extraordinary 1930's English watercolor in original frame and glass. It was packed and shipped like the Mona Lisa. Wonderful folks to do business with. Unusual in this day and age. Many thanks, Michael and family!

Overall, I was very satisfied.
This was the first item that I purchased through Live Auctioneers, so at the time I didn't have anything to compare the experience to. But, after I won the bid, it was received relatively soon. Payment and arrangements for shipping were very easy. The shipping and handling charges were, compared to subsequent transactions with other auction houses, reasonable. The print itself was accurately shown in the photographs provided by Zikorn. I ended up having it reframed as the frame that the work was shown in was old and falling apart. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate in doing business with Zikorn again.

Packing
The way they are packing the art work it is appropriate. It was really expensive and the packing is not protecting the artwork.
