Great auction house

Item won and paid for on 11/17; as of 12/07 no tracking info. Responded to inquiries that they were traveling and would return 12/05, then another email said 12/07, then said they have COVID.

I have not received the items I purchased from the November 16th auction nor have I received a response to my inquiries. No one answers the phone or emails.

Sold a busted up item w/o acknowledgement. I have tried to contact this seller several times I just wanted them to acknowledge that they sold a broken item and did not reveal any damage at all in description. A simple "as is" would alert me! I just want a refund and if they want to RE SELL these broken bits they can certainly have them back! I will not pay for broken china I cannot possibly sell.... and they should never have either if they were honorable. Next stop, AM EX to dispute charges. If I had just gotten a call and a refund this would not be a problem but to compound selling a busted figurine with ignoring my pleas for a refund is bad business.

The Heure Bleue is pictured as yellow, when it arrived it's sage green. Both bottles were refilled with something, certainly not the vintage Guerlain they're supposed to be.

Shipping was included in the invoice. Then I was referred to a shipping company to get quotes for shipping. They acknowledged the mistake and shipped the piece. Moral of the story is to make sure you don’t pay for shipping twice.

This was an easy bid: Very happy with the answers I got before the auction and they made payment and shipping very easy. I am happy with the process and will be following future auctions.

I would definitely bid with Auction Life again. My experience was VERY satisfactory and I do recommend them.

Great experience with Auction Life. I won several jewelry items, and am very happy with them. The shipping is a bit steep, but It's worth it because they have in-house shipping. Yay!
