Excellent Auction House — Professional, Honest and Reliable

An excellent experience with Blackwell Auctions from start to finish. Communication was prompt, courteous and refreshingly honest, and my questions were handled professionally. The items were packed securely and efficiently, shipping to Australia was fast and reasonably priced, and everything arrived safely. Blackwell’s clearly takes care with both the objects they handle and their customers. I would bid with them again without hesitation and highly recommend them to other collectors.

This bidder failed to pay on another bidding venue. We tried to work with him to release him from his dispute and then he failed to pay that agreement as well. Our system flagged him from purchasing again on this venue. And after explaining and showing all the email corrospondence he places a bad review. We are a 5 star gallery and pride ourselves on customer service which we really tried to give to this bidder.

First purchase with Blackwell worked out great …

The guitar was described accurately and the photos were helpful in appraising it. I used UPS store # 6886 for third party shipping. They did a good job packaging with lots of bubble wrap.
