Items as described

My picture arrived broken but I like the second item that was undamaged. I wrote the auction house the day I received the items and sent pictures. They told me they would contact me with next steps. I didn’t hear anything from them & I had to follow up with them. Because the picture was broken with both small chards or glass and large sharp pieces I believe I safely assumed no one would ever want this type of item to be returned my mail. Turns out that’s what they asked me to do and I would be at risk for injuring someone else. Not to mention it took 18 days for them to tell me this. The real problem is the response I received in my follow up. The owner was rude and accusatory, he intimated I didn’t even send him pictures. Rude and poor customer service.
