Great Auction House!
I’ve purchased a couple different times from D. L. Straight auctioneers. He has wonderful quality items that you won’t find at other auction houses. Prices commensurate with the quality of each item. He’s very cordial and answers his phone to speak with all his customers and answers their questions. His shipping dept is fantastic and saved me a lot of money on shipping. Brian, We have a 100 % money back guarantee for anything that we may have mistakenly listed. You seem to want to return everything after you buy it. Goodness, you live close enough to preview in person. You never call to request more information. You tend to purchase the lowest items in the auction and then complain about them. Your item was listed as a "carved and painted decoy". It is a very nice item. Lastly, we cannot help you if you do not answer your calls or return any calls to us. We have left many messages. You have been complaining about everything for the past ten years. We have always accommodated you. We wish you the best.
