False painting with a certificate. No refund no contact Do not trust them

Once I received all my items, which took more than a month and only after I filed a paypal claim. Two had to be reframed as one was spotted and the frames and painting was damaged. They agreed to either reframe or pay me for the framing. I have emailed them with pictures of the receipt for the framing and pictures of the frames, the damaged frames. I have not received any response from them about anything. I trusted them to pay me back for the expenses since the paintings and frames were in need of repair. I should have kept my paypal claim active until I received payment. Do not trust this company.

I emailed about condition and was told they were in very good condition. When the posters arrived, the were loose in a tube and the bear poster was ripped vertically through 2/3 of the poster. Disappointed! This was the response when I initially asked: "Hello Steve, yes the item is comple, and has the good condition, thanks dynasty fine arts"

Do not think painting what it was portrayed to be. COA is worthless says nothing

This auction house is fraudulent. I inquired about the artwork’s authenticity. I asked in an email if the item was a print. The auctioneer responded “no, original painting.” The items were both poor quality prints in a cheap frame. Live auctioneers Ned’s to note this and should remove this auction house from its site.

One of the items smelled of mold and mildew. Measurements were WAY OFF for one of the paintings. Multiple items were shipped together and no discount for shipping. Total postage was $130 but seller charged me $526 in spite on combining items. Additionally seller wrote wrong address on one package. Fortunately the Post Office knows me and caught the mistake and held the package for me. Overall really bad experience and would never buy from again. Still having works examined for accuracy and legitimacy as well.
