i love the in-house shipping for a reasonable amount-some sellers try to make the shipping a profit center and take advantage of the buyer. Roshan tells you up front what shipping will be.

Roshan did not respond to the email address on the receipt. In fact the email was returned as undeliverable. So I called him. He seems extremely busy. Turns out I didn't need to talk to him at all. FedEx called and left a delivery date. Rug came almost immediately. It is obviously not new but it is beautiful. The experience was no fuss or muss. Thanks!

I called Roshan to change my mailing address, and that was accomplished efficiently. Payment was easy, and the shipping arrangements were all taken care of. The rug arrived astonishingly fast (two days!), wrapped beautifully. I am very pleased and would deal with them again!
