Very Careful shipper

PNG mask purchased was a cheap tourist trinket and NOT authentic art. Very disappointed in the quality control of this auction house. I question the two tumis purchased as well if they are real or reproductions. Buyer beware of fakes!

From start to finish, it was easy and fun

As a part of LiveAuctioneers, Arte Antico's buyer's premium is on the higher side at 25 %. Once you add in shipping and handling fees (which tend to be on the higher side as well), 10 % credit card surcharges, and sales tax, where applicable, the final price can nearly double from the final bid price. For that reason, I tend to be very cautious when bidding on items from some of the LiveAuctioneers auction houses.

They offer in house shipping which is a big plus for me.

Overpacked and overcharged for my small item. Double boxed my small 5 inch rather solid clay figure into boxes larger than necessary. Charged an NC sales tax which no other auction house has done. Two of my three emails to them recieved no response.
