This is a scam auction. "Reserve not met" to get you to bid it up then magically reserve drops
This is a scam auction. I placed one introductory bid and was alerted that the reserve was not met so I didn't bother bidding again. Magically a month later I found out I won and there was a late fee to pay. Will never bid here again.

This bidder did not "find out" that he won a month later. He was sent 10 invoices without payment. Invoices are sent after an auction and then on a regular basis. He was charged a storage fee as he did not respond for 18 days. When he did respond he stated he would not pay unless we removed a small storage fee. Since we always try to accommodate customers, we did as he requested and removed the charge. This auction was in August. He never again contacted us so this is a surprise. We do our best, but sometimes you get customers who lie for unknown reasons. The only scam is this bidder who has been blocked from our auction. Our record stand for itself.

All good but shipping is expensive
Very good communication with Orange County Estate Liquidators in terms of them responding to my questions. The item I won arrived in good condition and was a fair price. My issue is the shipping. It cost in my opinion way too much for what I would consider to be a small and easy to ship item.

Shipping was 16.90. It paid for your postage, the packing, the insurance, and the shipper we pay. I can assure you we did not make money on the shipping and we do it as a customer service.

Lost item
Unfortunately one of my items was missing and they could not give it to me. They did however give me a refund and credit for their next auction. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how that will go. I really wanted the item that I won in the original auction.

Shipping costs seemed High.
The USPS shipping seemed High compared to identical items sent from northern Ohio, I've had more than twice the number of Bernal prints mailed to me-packaged almost identically, with the same level of service and insurance-and it was less than half the cost. Although, one might argue spending this amount of money for items why complain about what equals a small % of the total cost. Their customer service is quite good; Jeri reached out to me twice-once prior to the auction and a second time after I had won my items. I needed to retract a bid on one item, and had no problem doing so. A very good experience overall.
