Lot description/info perfect
When buying on line there is always risk. First and foremost the object turns out looking nothing like it looks on line. But not here. This item is exactly as photographed, and described. This speaks volumes for the effort the auction house invested in the work getting the on-line presentation not better, not worse, but exactly as the object is in real life. This give one comfort in keeping an eye on this auction house's future sales. Thank you. And Please share with your photography department the respect they have earned in the quality of their work. Yet another great transaction
When I went to pick up m lot, the place was buzzing because they we setting up for an auction, however I was nearly swept off my feet by a smiling woman that asked it she could help me. I was done and finished in under 15 mins!

Easy pickup
The auction house was very understanding that it took me 2 extra weeks to pay and pickup due to getting my cast removed. Very quick response. Thank you.

It's kind of crazy but when you have a positive experience you can't help but go back. I'm never disappointed with show place, they are kind a generous to help. The very reason I'll be heading back next week to pick up another purchase.

Lost shipping through Live Auctioneers and NO REFUND
I won this item 9/25 and paid for shipping through Live Auctioneers. It never arrived. As of this date 2/2026, despite continual follow ups by me and claims they are "looking into it", no refund has been issued. I've has to resort to posting a public review in hopes this gets some attention as I am awaiting $1, 350 in refund for + 4 months.

Lamps did not come with mounting plates
It would have been so perfect! Great vintage Hanson sconces at a great price from a wonderful auction house. Except... the lamps did not come with the essential mounting plates that allow them to be hung on a wall. This is not a metal piece you can just find on the internet nor is it something you can just have made. I called to ask if the mounting plates may have been left behind but after several calls was told they were not. Lesson for future purchasers of vintage hanging lamps check for mounting brackets before buying.
