A + for Regency Auctions
Photos & Quality/Condition assessments were excellent. Bidding process easy (I did it through live auction). Their system for pickup included setting up an appointment, and as I selected the last fir the day, were were the only people there. The office & warehouse are very well organized and clean. The loading area has a large generous commercial sized opening. This means it’s easy for SUV, Van or even commercial truck pickup, backed into the opening. There was another of the owners ?) there, who helped us a bit as the piece even more solid than I thought. But, do bring your own moving help, blankets, etc. Super friendly and gave us an assist on how to position the piece in our extended SUV. Front office owner is also very friendly, easily changed my payment option & invoice when I arrived. Regency Auctions was an all around great experience. I have them marked as “favorite”. Their location is Rockaway NJ, a few turns off a major highway. Fees, ability to do pickup, and not being in NYC makes them a much more affordable option as compared with the online sales sites like Chairish, Mynt, etc.

Excellent Service and Seamless Pickup
I’ve had a great experience with Regency Auction House. Dan and the entire team are always incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment you arrive. They do an excellent job making both the viewing and pickup process feel organized, straightforward, and as seamless as possible. Everyone is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and willing to help with any questions or concerns along the way. Picking up auction items can sometimes feel hectic, but the team at Regency keeps everything moving smoothly and makes the entire experience stress-free. Their professionalism and customer service really stand out. I would highly recommend Regency Auction House to anyone looking for a reliable, well-run auction house with a great staff. I always appreciate how easy and enjoyable they make the entire process.

Easy pickup
Easy to schedule pickup, I parked right next to the building and the pieces were there waiting for me. Couldn't have been more simple!

Auction buying made easy! Great Midcentury finds!
I've purchased on 3 different occasions. Each time I've been extremely happy with everything I've purchased, the communication, the pick up process, the kindness shown to us while we are there. Just the best. We love Dan and Marty! Looking forward to the next auction.

Good auction, but areas to improve
My overall experience was good, but the condition report failed to mention two water spots on the item and the shipping was very expensive.

Excellent service and accuracy

No in-house shipping from auction house.
Beware of shipping details. Item was charged to my credit card but I was stuck with arranging my own shipping. Item was later resold to another buyer and I lost all of my money.

Spray painted major flaws on dresser to look good in photos.

Highly recommend
Very cool items in their auctions and they allow in person pick up which is a MUST for me to bid in any auction. The people at the pick up location were very efficient and helpful, I want to win another auction just to go back there to pick up at their location lol!
