after drama like shipping story that I thought I would never seen it again! It is so beautiful and genuine real Qianlong period vase with such A price! Really worth every penny, my first black color with real gold coded one, unbelievable worth it. Thank you very much and will definitely follow your company’s auction as you are real.

Feel cheated when charging shipping!
Only the company's internal shipping information is provided. We have no choice. And the shipping is very expensive and very unreasonable.

Dear Customer, We share your concern and understand your complaints. Our shipping quote is based on the number of lots, dimension and weights of packages, and the cost of labor. While the price may seem high, it is, however, based on the market condition. The combination of long distance and rising cost of gasoline has made shipments from east coast to west coast quite expensive in the past few months. Your statement of customers having no choice but using our in-house shipping is quite confusing and misleading. We sent the quote, and you accepted. Truth be told, we had numerous customers who decided to use third-party shipper, and we worked with them without a question. We are sorry if there was misunderstanding between our communication. Very well organized
The bottle was perfect and met my expectations. After winning the bid and paying for the lot, I was immediately contacted buy the 3rd party shipper. The shipper had a lot of experience and worked hand in glove with Royal Seal LLC. There were no delays. The was transaction smoothly completed.
