I found your representative very responsive and understanding of my concerns
First, the Three Legged Dog trucking company that delivered one large art piece, skewed the art work with a forklift. Fortunately, after providing several other art options, that were rejected, a refund for damaged piece quickly arrived. Secondly, a cardboard box containing three smaller pieces, arrived undamaged; however the packaging was so poor the art work rattled around in the box like a marble in a tin can. Third, one piece a Neiman was poorly described and I felt misleading. Expecting a numbered edition and a second artist signature for the series, lacking both, the work, in my estimation I received a very overpriced poster. Thank you

Very good customer service, fake art.
Received the "original hand signed" Miro and Chagall lithos today. While framed well (although the Chagall is not in the same frame as the auction picture, which is also not the same as the piece received as the signature is not in the same place) the pieces are obvious fakes. The ink and signatures are flat and non reflective, indicating they were printed, not created using the lithographic process. The pencil signature on the Chagall, while impressive, is not raised off the paper or displays the shine a pencil signature does when exposed to light at an angle. First time, last time purchasing from Art Legacy. The process itself was smooth, communication was good, and shipping was fast. Unfortunately the art itself is not real.

Won't buy from Art Legacy Auctions again.
Should have known better, but took a chance. They didn't post very detailed pictures, no signature. They are passing off cruise ship art with bogus COA's. The mat board on the item I received was even different. The add said "lithograph", but the image is pixelated. It honestly looks like it was printed on someone's home printer. Buyer Beware. At least I only lost $400.

Let me start by saying, the staff is absolutely phenomenal. I have purchased art with various auction houses, but none of them comes close to Art Legacy’s customer service. Gwen is a saint, she is so helpful, it’s almost surreal. Good people here, authentic artwork for great prices. Don’t wait, make your purchase with them, you won’t be disappointed! Shipping has been very reasonably priced and fast for me. That might vary with distance. I’ve purchased a good amount of works from this place. I can say that I am well pleased with all that they have to offer, they do not disappoint. If you’re having trouble with anything from payment to appraisal etc, don’t be afraid to call the auction house, they will work with you.

Do not trust this auction house
This auction house brazenly lie about the condition of lots and cannot be trusted. This is among the worst commercial experiences of my life. I have been sold a painting for five thousand dollars, which is worth five hundred, due to the exceptionally poor and damaged state the painting was in-clearly at odds with their description which stated 'very good condition'. Liars. Untrustworthy. Should not be given a platform to scam members of the public by liveauctioneers.

Delivery
I mentioned to them that we were going to be gone on a cruise until the 28th of September. They replied by saying it would be delivered after the 28th; but actually arrived b4 we got home. Luckily my neighbor knew we were gone and got it for us. It would have been sad if a porch pirate got it b4 we could have. That could’ve been tragic to lose the money and artwork also. Otherwise, yes, I will do more business in the future.

Easy to Split the Shipping
I won several items in one auction and I needed a few items sent as a gift, while the remainder were mine. The invoice came with all the items together. LA could do nothing, but Gwen at Art Legacy divided the shipping into two addresses while keeping the single invoice. Easy peasey! Excellent customer service-extremely patient!
