I’ve only been buying through auctions for about six months, and I’ve used quite a few different auction houses during that time. This was a contracted delivery driver who broke the side glass in a bookcase. He had tried a number of times, driving many miles, to make the repair. He was never able to meet with you. I finally arranged to have him refund the delivery charge to you. You stated at that time that you were satisfied and would give us the proper 5 star rating that we deserve. I guess that didn't happen. This Auction house had nothing to do with the damage, this was a trucking matter. I think a one star rating on our shipping department is unjustified. Always great products and always great service when i pick up. Seth is truly exemplary, remembers customers, upbeat, always friendly and busy. The guys in the warehouse are always super and really pleasant as well. Nothing but praise for DAG in my opinion.

I needed this item for a presentation, and at a fairly short interval. The auction house was extremely courteous and helpful in this regard, and I got the item (safely and securely packed) in plenty of time. Left a very good taste in my mouth about their willingness to go that bit extra.
