Best packing ever!
My item was protected by layers of bubble wrap and in the right size box filled with styrofoam pellets. It arrived in perfect condition.

This was a contracted delivery driver who broke the side glass in a bookcase. He had tried a number of times, driving many miles, to make the repair. He was never able to meet with you. I finally arranged to have him refund the delivery charge to you. You stated at that time that you were satisfied and would give us the proper 5 star rating that we deserve. I guess that didn't happen. This Auction house had nothing to do with the damage, this was a trucking matter. I think a one star rating on our shipping department is unjustified. Excellent auction house
Always great products and always great service when i pick up. Seth is truly exemplary, remembers customers, upbeat, always friendly and busy. The guys in the warehouse are always super and really pleasant as well. Nothing but praise for DAG in my opinion.

I needed this item for a presentation, and at a fairly short interval. The auction house was extremely courteous and helpful in this regard, and I got the item (safely and securely packed) in plenty of time. Left a very good taste in my mouth about their willingness to go that bit extra.

Don't purchase from these auction houses they don't care about you
I spent $500 on some watches and I was charged 5 days ago and nobody has sent me an invoice for shipping I called the auction house and talked to a guy on the phone and he said he would put my order in the front of the queue which was a lie and now we're on day 6 and I don't even have an invoice for shipping options nobody's responding to my messages out of sight out of mind I guess so now I'm just trying to get my $500 back from live auctioneers this platform is garbage

I bought an antique table via auction and am very happy with what I received. Condition was exactly as described and measurements were accurate and the photos were very descriptive. I used the shipping company they recommended and shipping went exactly as expected and my table arrived in perfect condition. I am extremely happy with this transaction from start to finish.
