BP is always too high. Shipping is high and slower than payment even on smaller lesser value items.
Online bidding is fast and even fun when a hard to find item shows up.

I understand your concerns Michael, however the 28 % bp is pretty much in the standard range for online auctions. Our in-house shipping fee is considerably lower than the professional companies (such as the UPS Store) and we generally get all our merchandise out the door within 2 weeks unless there are special circumstances. I have heard other companies can take 2 months or more!

Be careful buying rugs from them-always ask for a Condition Report
Very pleasant people to deal with though be careful buying rugs from them. I won a rug that ended up having moth damage and an active infestation. I was told it is my fault that I didn't ask for a condition report even though the rug was described as "Very Good Condition" despite there being moth damage in places and a moth infestation.
