Slow but efficient
TheRedFinch took their time, but ultimately administered the payment and shipping process well. There were hardly any updates on email, all had to go through their website, which is not a place which I would use like daily.

Mostly well done
The item was as described; the bidding and payment process was well done and easy. I received the item in good time. My ONLY complaint was what I think was a high cost of packing/shipping. I chose to have the acution house do it since it was simpler; and I knew what it would cost... I paid for convenience. I still think the cost was too high... but the ease was appreciated.

Helpful because they handle their own packing and shipping and it was very prompt and well packaged, no need to look for an outside shipper

Item as described, interaction was 100 % professional
TheRedFinch responded to all my questions quickly, helped me find a shipper who would pick up for me and ship for a reasonable cost. The item was exactly as described. I'm in process of checking completeness now, but at 66 % through there have been no issues, and I suspect there will not be any. I will be shopping with them every chance I get.

The condition of the books was very substandard and not collection quality. They were water stained and with considerable foxing. i was very disappointed and would not trust buying again from Red Finch
