Recommend without hesitation. Hughes quickly replied to all questions before and after sale. Very helpful throughout. Turnaround on shipping was much faster than my experience with other auction houses.

I was confused with the way they notified me about payment and shipping but they were helpful and in the end I was happy.

My artwork was shipped promptly and packed well. It arrived quickly and in pristine condition. I can't ask for more than that.

The lot was as described. My problem was with the packing. It was not carefully packed. The print was not covered to protect it. Fortunately, it was not damaged. But the documentary papers were partly covered by packing tape which left sticky residue and caused damage.

Great Auction house with great items. Unfortunately we was unable to complete process, because of a double charge for the amount using their payment platform. This action caused my account to go into the negative and for the bank to freeze my account for 14 days, after such a long delay, and other things going on in life. I completely forgot about remaking the purchase. Unfortunately for me I lost out on a good item. Great auction house and would buy from again if the auction house would approve me on good faith that my intentions were and are always good.

The auction process was very organized, but the buyers premium fee was outrageous, not to mention other fees added on. This was my first auction through this process and my advice would be to make yourself VERY familiar with the fees BEFORE you bid! The buyers premium on this auction was 30 %!!! So if you win a bid for 400.00, your fee will be 120.00 +. I personally will not be bidding on anything else with this company, since I can bid on other auction sites without the huge fees attached.

The primary photo featured an item that was much larger than the item up for auction. It was a photo of another item. I found this deceiving. I still like my item but it’s about 1/4 the size in the main photo. Truth in advertising.

Everything from start to finish went great!!!! I am very happy with their customer service and their shipping department was stellar!!! I highly recommend this company and I hope to do business with you again!!!!!!

Professional; fast; great packing and shipping

Pleased with this auction process and house. Staff (Dave) was quite responsive to inquires about condition and additional photos, and that gave me confidence to bid. Shipping was quick and efficient and inexpensive, especially for a bulky, fragile, item. Packing was excellent and item came through in great condition. Purchase was as described in listing (even a bit better, in some respects).

Item was better than expected. After sale communication could be better.

The collaboration was wonderful. In a day I had my object at home!
