We responded to your April 9th email twice as well as spoke to you on the phone on the 10th of April after your email enquiring about shipping out your item to your location-US Military base in Japan. We informed you that your tracking information will be forwarded to you when sent. You called a few days later and you were further informed a tracking will be provided when item is dispatched. Your purchase was on consignment and the consignor was away and now back and the item will be dispatched. We acknowledge and regret the delay. Thank you.

This was your email to us and our response thereafter. You made threats before receiving your item and now carried out the same. Won this item and PAID FOR 5 Nov 23 have talked to ….. several times on the phone in regards to shipping this item and promised tracking information NEVER SENT!!! Now today called 2 times and believe my calls are being screened and NIT PICKED UP!! ASked for a Review of this auction experience WAIT FOR IT!!! What a waste of my time and money!!! We find your assertion of events rather disturbing. We communicated with you few times and tracking information was provided for your items. The courier tried delivering your items on few occasions and met no one. They left you messages. This information was passed on to you as attachments and you promised to follow up. Your purchase was sent by our shippers in February to your address on file and it was returned. We tried contacting you multiple times via your telephone on file with no response. We have resent the framed picture to the same address via UPS. Thank you.

We find your claim fraudulent. We have no record of your transaction. We spoke to Live Auctioneers support unit and they can’t seem to locate your transaction of October 2021. Your allegations are nebulous. Please be specific with your auction date and lot number/item. It’s surprising for one to make assertions without supporting documents/information.
